Project!!!

So I started a new project, If fixing your hair, doing your make up and dressing a little bit nicer will effects how you view yourself and how others view you.

I have a friend and it is not her top priority to go all out when she gets ready.

She agreed to be my guinea pig!!! I am so excited for this project!! Okay so here is what we are doing. She for 6 months is going to fix her hair, wear make up, and watch what she wears. She is going to keep a journal and make when people say anything about how she looks negative or positive. About a month ago she came over and I cut and styled her hair and told her how I styled it.

She is just going to concentrate on that for a little while and than we are going to work on make up and than clothing.

I just want to see how or if fixing yourself up really does effect how people see you and how you see yourself.

After a very busy summer I am back to blogging. I have done some really cool wedding this summer and I am really excited to show you pictures. It has been so nice to be part of all these special days. So here is a preview of one of the weddings. Thanks Lisa!! :)

Great Beach Wavys!!!!

Do you want great Beach Waves??? Well here is a good formula for Beach spray.....

You will need:

8 to 10 fluid oz. clear spray bottle

8 oz. of water

8 tsp. of finely ground sea salt (more for super thick or oilier hair)

2 to 3 tsp. conditioner

1 to 2 tsp. of hair gel

3 to 5 drops of essential oils

In the clear water bottle add water and salt. Shake until the salt dissolved.

Add the conditioner and the hair gel along wit the oils

Before use shake bottle vigorously and spray on damp hair

Give hair a quick, light scrunch and let air dry.
